SUMMARY
-Aloe vera is a great source of important vitamins and antioxidants that help with white blood cell production and tissue recovery. Aloe vera is effective enough even when used alone, but we’ll spice it up with following ingredients: 1 lb of ground walnuts, 300 ml of pure honey and freshly squeezed juice from 4 lemons.
-Ginkgo biloba can help relieve anxiety and boost your memory and thinking process, which is especially good for people with dementia and Alzheimer’s. As for our vision, it’s great at increasing blood flow to the eyes.
-Green tea is rich in antioxidants called flavonoids, which fight off free radicals that can cause a number of eye diseases, like glaucoma, macular degeneration and cataracts.
-Bilberries improve nighttime vision, and help regenerate important parts of the retina, which can be damaged because of high blood pressure and diabetes.
-Raw almonds are a natural source of omega-3 fatty acid, vitamin E and antioxidants, all of which are great at improving vision. What you have to do is soak 5 to 10 nuts overnight. When you wake up in the morning, peel and grind them.

Two days ago I had a follow-up visit with my ophthalmologist. My eye exam was stellar. I have two eye conditions plus dry eyes. All three have improved and my doctor was amazed. I have been using home made aloe vera drops in my eyes for 6 months. I don't know if I can reverse my conditions but I will continue to use my drops and try some of these other suggestions as well. 😊

um i once slept with glasses on while i was in english class and when i woke up,, i thought i got my visions back
  • I was initially very sceptical about these exercises helping improve my eyesight. I tried it every day for 2 weeks and found a great improvement in my eyesight and less strain on them. It's not perfect but a great improvement.

For anyone interested in the Aloe remedy, the English conversion would be: 1/3 Cup Aloe gel, & 1&1/4Cup Honey. Adding a whole pound of ground walnuts to 1/3C of Aloe gel, plus the 1&1/4C Honey, & 4 juiced lemons seems like ALOT of extra ingredients if you just need to ingest the Aloe for you eyesight. It makes more sense just to add a TBSP of Aloe gel to juice, smoothie, or lemon water.

    1. aloe vera gel (blend aloe vera gel, honey, juice of 4 lemon, & walnut, blend, drink 30 minutes before meal) 2. ginkgo binoba 3. green tea 4. bilberry 5. almonds (soak overnight) (according to bloggers)
  • Aloe Vera worked for me. A few months ago i started juicing with the leaves of to large AV houseplants. I recently noticed I don't need my reading glasses as much unless it is very tine.Plus stop signs and road signs that had been blurry before are no longer. At 62 years of age I am thrilled
