Thank you for providing such a detailed and well-sourced routine! I'm really glad that I found your channel. I am in the early stages of saving up for a trip to Dream Body Clinic to treat my lower back for a condition very similar to yours. I have lost some of the curve of my lower back, and I was wondering which traction device I should get to help bring that curve back. Thank you.
  • Please say more about the spinal traction unit pictured at 8:56 of your talk that you could not use but might be helpful to me. Thank you

This is helpful. I just had the neck stem cell treatment with DBC for disc bulging and osteophytes (bone spurs) on L5-L6, right below the C4-C5 fusion that came from an infection from oral surgery that caused the disc degeneration and infection there eating both disc and some bone. I have red light therapy and full body vibration machine. What specific rehab techniques should I do for my neck? Thank you!

I just now discovered your channel and I am so glad I did. I had lumbar spine triple laminectomy in 2006 and they want me to do more lumbar surgery and I'm putting it off. I have stenosis and degenerative discs. In addition I have no cartilage left in my right knee and they want me to do a knee replacement that I don't really want to do. Is there any way to salvage my knee now that the cartilage is gone, without replacing it? Also, you talked about type 2 undenatured collagen. Can I also take that with the type 1 and type three collagens that you mentioned? I'm going to look into Dream Body in Mexico and start saving. Thank you so much.

Thanks for this very useful video! I just had surgery one month ago for vertebrae dynamic stabilization and I had 180mln stem cell from my own BF. I’m recovering but still there’s a bit of pain especially when sitting, and numbness and weakness in my leg and foot. You do mention to avoid exercise that procure compression like squat deadlift and leg press right? What do you think about belt squats? Do you suggest a period of complete rest after stem cell? How long?

Great video. Your supplement Joint Rebuilder has Collagen I & III. You mention in your video you should also be taking Collagen II for the disks. Does Joint Rebuilder have Collagen II? Is there a supplement that has Collagen I, II & III? Thank you for your help.

Hi Dr. Whitten, I can perform a deep squat if I hold onto something like a pole or my kitchen counter. Would you recommend I do the modified version on my back if I cannot get into a deep squat without a prop? Thank you!
  • @Viddough
Hi Dr Yoni, quick question, what do u think of chiropractic spine adjustments
  • @susannewell9521
Where can we purchase the exercise tool you are using? Thank you.
  • Excellent video, but that’s quite the norm with all is your videos. Would you be willing to do a similar for those of us who are getting stem cells to address cervical disc herniations.
  • @JohnHobitakis
At minute 11:20 you talk about type 2 collegen and its benefits, but ending the video you say to take type 1 & type 3. Should i ideally be taking type 1,2 & 3?
  • Hey Doc, what type of traction device is that? Can't find it on the internet.
  • @kieranleiper3342
Did you come across RCTs that showed consuming the collagen results in improvement to the discs?
  • @mikeylikey13
I appreciate the video very much. I had 200 mil mesenchymal cells injected directly into my disc space 3 months ago and am hoping it changes my life. It hasn’t yet. Do you have any studies on the effects of doing it directly into the disc space? Thank you
  • @carolabney
Hi! How soon after your stem cell injection did you start the red light therapy? I went to DBC close to a month ago and got a hip injection. They told me to avoid red light initially because of its anti inflammatory effects and they said I should not take any anti inflammatories for at least 2 weeks but ideally 4 weeks. So I’ve been avoiding using my red light device until I reach the 4 week mark. So I’m wondering how soon after your treatment you started with it?
