The Lord of Rage. Whose hooves have scorched the earth, and claimed it as its personal theater of war. A brass, horned titan wilder of weapons of mass destruction. Forged in seas of steaming blood. Tempered on an infinite anvil of steel. Heated in a furnace fueled by the primordial rage inborn in every living being. Consumed by the hunger for war, he awaits at the edges of the world on a throne of skulls. Knowing that all blood must return to him. The mightiest of all Chaos Gods: Khorne.

Ah! It is finally here! I worked SO, SO HARD on this. Khorne was the first army I ever collected. Ever. Back in 2014. I put my heart and soul in the writing of this episode, and all I hope is that I made the Blood God justice. BLOOD FOR THE BLOOD GOD. SKULLS FOR THE SKULLS THRONE. LET THE GALAXY BURN!

Once, long ago… Khorne sat on a throne made of ONE skull…. It was more like sitting on a bowling ball. And that made him angry.
  • @bdorage
I'm sure Tzeench knew Skarbrand wouldn't be able to harm Khorne and was just laughing his ass off
  • @cwat4102
Ah Skarbrand my favorite reason for his exile is that Khorne wasn't mad about the betray he was mad the betray came from behind.
  • @marlucill9440
34:35 "Me-me thinks you summoned-conjured the wrong Demon-monster!" some rat, right before scarbrand took his skull, probably.
  • @skarin9871
Khorne seems the most chill chaos god, ironically.
  • @hodgknob3545
Somewhere in the realms of Khorne, Tuska Demonkilla is having a great time
  • @MrPmclh
Skaven: help me-me horned rat \o/ summon Skarbrand: BLOOOOOOOOOOOD FOR THE BLOOD GOOOOOOOD ! RAAAAAAAAAAAH Skaven: holy shi-shit
  • @GrandGunman
I choose to believe Scarbrand's back story went like this. Khorne takes Scarbrand up to the highest tower he has and says. "Son what was that about? Who taught you to attack an opponent from behind?" And Scarbrand still held in Khorne's grasp "Uncle Tzeentch said I could totally take you down if I did that." Khorne begins fuming in anger "Your uncle is a bad influence on you! Your grounded! Now go to the mortal realm until you've thought about what you've done!"
  • While all the voice actors for this channel do their jobs incredibly well. Adam R really does it for me, literally brings you into the world
  • @drakoslayd
BLOOD FOR THE BLOOD GOD SKULLS FOR THE SKULL THRONE
  • @brandonboltz647
Khorne hates many things but i think cowards are one of the things he hates most in their own way the followers of khorne have honor they don't use magic or stealth attacks they always attack an opponent in front never from behind because it's dishonorable and goes against Khorne Skarbrand found that out the hard way
  • Scarbrand striking korne was like a mosquito bite to Godzilla. He’s lucky all he got was being thrown into the stratosphere at speeds of mach 5 for 8 days 😂good god that poor bastard Scarbrand 😂
  • @adun3
What separates this from other lore channels is the superb narration. Congratulations to everyone involved!
  • I've always thought that Khorne and Nurgle should be always neck and neck in their powers. Life is violent and it always ends in death. Every organism relies on the death of another to live.
  • Honestly, I feel like Khorn is underestimated and under appreciated simply because of his generically demonic aesthetic. The way I actually see Khorn is as if he is just a tall, perfectly-build human male with skin of eldritch brass beneath which burns the infinite flame of his wrathful power. He rarely ever speaks, or barely ever even makes a sound at all; simply allowing the screams of his servants and all they wreak upon the world speak for him. Whenever he does speak, though, he does not raise his voice. For a God of War should only ever have to speak through his deeds, and if words must be spoken, it is not their volume that carries his will and intent, but the words he so carefully chooses. He is not known to speak with intelligence, but rather, he talks with articulation and conviction befitting of a deity who has mastered the concept of rage. In fact, I’d have it be implied that Khorne hasn’t bellowed out a battle cry for many long aeons; as when he does, planets disintegrate, stars shatter, and reality itself shakes, cracks, and tears open.
