Never directly answers the question, but talks so slick. Not sure why they are talking about both curve steepening and adding duration, seems inconsistent to me. 7:32 - I wonder how much recent political events have impacted these expectations 7:57 - Theory: Scenario weightings 14:44 to 16:26 - Watch this whole interview. I thought it was good. I would describe it as "Risk On" as it sounds to me like she, boldly, I think, was using junk to trade rates risk, but, now, assuming only 1-2 cuts, still gets to collect significant credit spread in a soft landing scenario. Also, can someone get this lady an office with better lighting? In winter time, on a clear day, she'll likely be backlighted. I know you can see Grandfather Mountain from some of those towers' northwestern exposures (on a clear day) 15:20 - Time series chart with ominous caption. I'd like to understand its correlation with the unemployment rate. 15:55 - I wonder if consumer sensitive junk CLOs can "struggle" in a low unemployment environment? 16:37 - Defining credit grades, their deterioration factors (KPIs), and those factors' current and expected future states 18:12 - Had cash on hand, wanted risk, only expecting 1-2 cuts (I paraphrase)
