Cattivity: There's a cattruder in my house

Published 2024-05-01
Remy, my neighbour's cat always tried to get inside our house. On this day, he succeeded. Thanks to an unattended, opened window. His owners try to keep him inside, but occasionally he escapes and head right over to visit his frenemies: Mallory and Bella. He was inside for over 15 minutes and not a sound was heard from any of the cats, until the human went inside (not sure what to think about that 😆). It took some effort to lure him outside. He lingered in the backyard for a bit, then he followed the human to the front porch where Mallory and Bella had their faces glued to the window, hissing and howling. The downpour of rain got heavier and heavier, forcing Remy to return home. #bellathekitten #mallorythecat #catvideo #catbehavior #cattivity

"It's not your house, it's my house!" 😹

My tuxedo cat, Bilbo, had a stripey friend - Mogg, who lived down the road. Mogg was a Ninja because many times I'd find him in my wardrobe at 3am & have no idea how he got in!

Remy feels your calm cat home & wishes he could be apart of it. 😊Maybe his home isn’t the best-sorry he bit you.

Try calling “puss, puss, puss, puss, puss, puss” that sometimes works over here in England. 😊. Our next doors cat spent most of his life in our house, usually fast asleep on my bed. Then when i made a pot of tea at four o’clock he would wake up hear the noise and come running downstairs for some grub. I do miss him. Just waiting for another one to call round but they aren’t as friendly as Felix.

Seems as though that kitty has been hurt in the past. He’s afraid, not angry.
  • Reminds me of squatters for some reason 😅. Maybe microchip cat flap?

My cat visits my neighbors place basically daily. I've seen him in there sleeping and all. His cat visits my house too. I also lost one of my cats, and I saw a post about a found cat who looked identical basically to mine. I took him thinking he was just messed up in the head from being alone missing so long, well it turns out he was a she and wasn't my cat. she had escaped a cat sanctuary with 30 other cats, so when I found the owner she said, "you wouldn't want to keep her would you?" and of course I did lol.

Remy wants to be with you. But what on earth makes him so aggressive? We need Jackson Galaxy to the rescue! Im sorry you're in such an odd position with this boy. 😕 Maybe someone who sees this knows? Good luck, and thank you for your kindness toward Remy (given his very rude behavior!) 😮❤

Maybe you’ve already tried this, and I apologize if I just missed it in another video, but Have you tried just being nice to him? It might take some patience, but maybe try being nice to him!
