What I gather from Murathe and Duale's interviews is that Ruto is a very strategic politician.

Unless uhuru and ruto tell us, I simply always wait for him to tell us, it has cost him big time, and still he keeps quiet. He keeps quiet when his people are against him knowing quite well why he doesn't support his deputy whom he brought to us.
