  • It ended because it wanted to go out high before being milked to death. Huge respect to them.

This is actually the very first series finale to a cartoon I've seen, so it holds a special place in my heart. Sure, it doesn't really feel like a finale for the majority of the episode, but I still love it either way.
  • I think the brilliance of Phineas and Ferb is that for a kid's show it actually has a pretty intelligent sense of humor. The adults can genuinely enjoy it as much as the kids do without the show getting dirty. I'm 25 now and I still love this show dearly because it continues to make me laugh to this day.
  • "We still need to make season 5 in ten years if we want to." This line aged well.
  • I'm not ashamed to admit that I cried when Phineas popped his head back around the door and waved goodbye
  • @fantasyf4
real reason why it ended: Candace got tired of screaming mom too much
  • Really, Phineas and Ferb's ending was amazing. But after everything, it's extremely sad. You're right about Act your age being the emotional ending. But in the Last Day Of Summer, I liked reviewing how much the characters have grown, and I think that in Quantum Boogaloo, it's really great that Isabella knows she'll marry Phineas, because it's the ending she always wanted, and the fact that Candace stops obsessing over her brothers means it's a happy ending for everyone. It would be epic if they made an episode that takes place after Act your Age and shows what happens with Phineas And Isabella at TriState State. Also an episode explaining how tf Ferb pulled a girl 6 years older than him lmfao. More Doof 101 would be great. That's just what I think personally.

While I wish it was still airing, I’m still really glad P&F got a proper finale. Milo Murphy’s Law got completely trashed in that regard

let's be honest, though; it didn't actually end. it loves on forever in our hearts
  • @VeduDev.mp4
"We're still able to make season 5 if we want to in like 10 years" That aged like fine wine

Rewatching the series last year made me realize just how melancholy the finale felt compared to the end of Rollercoaster the Musical in season 2, which was way more lively and epic. Weird

When I watched Phineas and Ferb: Candace against the Universe I was so happy that even tho the show ended they were still able to bring a movie 8 years later hope they do it again with another show like Milo Murphy's Law
  • @HatHamCubing
Looking back at this video on 2023 he was right about the “making another season in 10 years” joke
  • @idkmxgxn
DAN JUST ANNOUNCED THAT THERE WILL BE 40 NEW EPISODES
  • I would kill for another pass at Doof 101 (you know something small like a carrot). It was such a natural progression of everyone's characters, especially Heinz, to go into a new environment with with new adventures. Also the theme song was a bop. Alas one can only dream
  • Comic strips seem to have the most job security. Peanuts lasted 50 years. Garfield has been around for over 40 years. Calvin and Hobbes lasted 10.
  • This series is unforgettable. It took about sixteen years to get it on the air in the first place, and then it had an amazing run. I believe that it ended in the best way possible (although it can definitely shape up to the Ed, Edd, n Eddy finale),
