The most underrated weapon is the throwing mallet

Rapier is crazy underrated. Very few players play it, it looks more like a normal short sword/one-handed weapon, so enemies don't expect such a high frequency of stabs. It doesn't stand out like a sore thumb like spears or katars

You can cancel your highland special after it hits and immediately follow with another attack. It's super satisfying to pull off. Turning your back and using the special to hit them from behind is funny too.

2h hammer veteran here, lvl 120 was a grind but it’s pretty fun

As a highland sword main it's nice to finally see some appreciation for it And with the special attack doing so much damage it's actually the most fun weapon to use when killing archers due to it just being so intimidating to look at running towards you :) I've been given a few threats over my time killing archers with it

The Highland Sword is easily my favorite weapon! It makes me feel like Guts from Berserk, and is SO SATISFYING. Archers beware :)

One thing I don’t like about modern chiv 2 is no one pick up map only weapons anymore. They only stay with their sweaty spears and great/hi sword

Great video! I hate fighting opponents with battle axes...especially on bridges in the game. They're so deadly in close range and there's almost no room to run away lol

The bonk sound of the goedendag is my second favourite sound in the game, behind the "for shites sake, shut yer cunny" voice line

I love the heavy cavalry sword. Combined with the speed of the man at arms, it's so good at controlling crowds.

Don't forget the Goegendag special also COMPLETELY DESTROYS hosrses if you like 40 player lobbies this is so fun! I love it for when players are winding up a heavy or jousting with a lance and then BAM! sidestep into a horse knockdown really freaks them out.

Crazy how every weapon he mentioned is one I’ve had a strange few pull towards. Earned the VIP on Citadel with the Goedendag and finished a grind of the 2H Hammer a month ago to get the sick fist skin and I’ve come to truly love this thing.

It's funny how nobody talks about the goedendag's special and how it can knock riders off their horses while also deleting the horse's health.

I had hoped the Goedendag would be like a shorter War Club with a good stab, but it functions more like a maul. Which isnt bad, but i dont like it much. Still, i was surprised by how few people use it since it really is a good weapon, and it being slow isn't particularly a terrible thing since that means it has wider parry timings and better drags

The Battle Axe is soooo underated. It's lack of reach is its greatest strength when 1 on 1 and you overhead chop under the arm and behind the enemy's knees. They almost can't block it, its awesome lol
