Does the decision on Trump's immunity put him above the law? The Supreme Court has decided it will not fully rule on former President Donald Trump’s claim of immunity from federal prosecution and will instead send the case back to a lower court for further evaluation. Constitutional law expert at Brown University, Corey Brettschneider joins us to break this down.

After being an insider sitting socially with federal judges, dining and traveling with state court judges my lack of awareness of the seriousness of legally binding procedures dismantled my future completely. The system meant to support citizens had become a bit of a monopoly, protected, just like Mr. Trump is being protected. Yes but January 6th was NOT an official presidential act. However is this ruling stands, Biden and Harris, if they lose this November and do what Trump attempted to do and are successful then THAT'S okay too. What's good for the goose is good for the gander people.
