    Protect your back at all times especially when you're starting to feel pain , you were smart not to go too heavy on the squats , your back is your foundation for supporting yourself , I once hurt mine when I was 14 , and still to this day I feel the pain , and now I'm in my 50's be smart, train smart , you did the right thing , yes sir !
