Buck and Walmart killed it with these knives! Such a great deal!
  • Walmart raised the price on this one, it used to be around 14 dollars last year, now 24 dollars, still a very nice value, thanks for the video.

I was lucky enough to get one from Walmart a while back and it's in my work EDC weekly! I absolutely love the coloring on your bone covers and I hope you love yours as much as I love mine! You mentioned that @thriftykaniffy also sent the other Walmart special and I can't wait to see your review of that beauty!

Fantastic look at this one Slippy…!!! Really love these… wish we could get them over here….!!!! Definitely a fantastic pattern for pocket dropping… but confess, one I don’t carry as much as I should…! Thanks brother, enjoyed this 😎👊🏻

That's a nice little knife ! The canoe pattern is a real classic.
  • That was one of the first knives I picked up when I started to actively collect slipjoints. Still one of my favorite canoes! Thanks for your thoughts on it, buddy!

Great video Slippy! Such a shame we can’t get these over here. Love the jigging and colouring of the bone! Plus a hollow ground blade is my fav. Thanks for sharing 😁🫡

  • Will be interested to hear your experience in carrying it. Guilty of not toting a canoe as well. Happy I was able to find one for you. Take care, Slippy.:_Slippy::_Jackass:

A great knife! I don't carry a canoe as often as I should.

Have two of the wood cover model. Very nice Canoes. Cheers.
  • Great value at $11 or $12 back in the day. Looks nice, decent build quality. How can you go wrong? Should have bought a couple more when they were going at such a great price. My biggest complaint about canoes is the tendency of the pen blade to catch on the tip of the main blade when closing. Also the blade rub when opening and closing the pen blade is annoying. I think it's a design "feature" as my Case canoe does the same. Maybe a divider between the blades would help. Makes me understand the popularity of the trapper design now that I think about it.
