  • Surprisingly got it all right because I assumed correctly the more expensive pickups would be quieter. Prefer how the cheaper ones break up even in the cleans a little more though. If youre putting your guitar through a lot of gain processing the more pricey one would be better for you... Or... You could solder the better ones into the cheaper guitar but don't tell strandberg i said that

strange i found the NK clearer sounding on the distorted tracks i guessed the right order for track one but had it reversed on the other 2

I got it the other way around 😂 NK headless sounds like a pick for me! Thanks for the video 🙏🏻

I have an older NK with 2 rail humbuckers. Good neck, nice sounds, abit mellow... I wonder if to swap pickups or do some other electronics mod?

Appreciate the video man, I purchased a NK guitar.Just wonder the first clean tone track 's chords,I find it pretty hard to nail all the chords vocing, maybe just because I'm dumb lol,I really wish to see how it's played,Thanks❤
  • The first one, i got correct, but the others, the only difference i could tell was how loud the pickups were, which i assumed the more expensive pickups were louder. So i got that wrong. The 3rd one, i couldn't really tell the difference honestly. I think pickups only really matter that much on clean-low gain settings.
  • I could hear that Maple fret board in every case. I just switched a one piece Maple neck for a a Bubinga , so the Maple tone stands out.

Hi, I think you should have labeled them guitar 1 and guitar 2. Anyway enjoyed the video and great playing!!!!
  • Got the first two right because there seemed to be a bit more mud in both second takes (eq could definitely fix this though) but i could not tell the difference on the shred track!
  • Nice to see this comparison but if I'm not mistaken this is a very old strandberg-clone NK that you can't get new in 2023 and it's very rare used, so what's the goal? Having said that the newer NK design and top finishes are some of the most beautiful headless guitarals imo

I was right all three times but I think it would have been better to go a/b with them instead of padding the gap with, as mean as it sounds, begging for engagement in this instance. Engagement encouragement is fine but when comparing these it gets really hard when there’s a fifteen second “let’s see how it goes, let’s see what happens, ohhh suspense” break between the tracks on the same settings
  • I got 1 and 3 correct, 2 was harder, It would be cool if you actually put them back to back without the talking in the middle.

    这把NK吉他是一个比较旧的版本,目前新产品有一些改进。

I thought the track one clean tone came from the NK. That is very impressive performance of guitar on such low budget

Wow NK sounded better to me. Guess I'm getting a set of Wilkinson's
