There isn't a more fitting logo to have next to the words "BAD COMPANY" than EA.
  • @AVGNROCKS1996
It’s insane that DICE made two of the best fps campaigns of all time, and then decided “welp, never gonna do that again”.
  • I think what blew me away most was the destructible maps. When you could literally point a rocket and take out the wall was groundbreaking for any game back then

The Bad Company 1 story is also basically Three Kings. In BC1 you can reload cancel by pressing the left then right bumper as well, which helps.
  • @BlindBison
Bad Company 2’s destruction still remains unchallenged even by its own sequels.
  • @MuchCow9000
The destruction in Bad Company games were the reason I got into Battlefield ...I was so sad to find that there was barely any destruction in 2042

Literally, just finished bfbc2 yesterday and have been thinking “this is so underrated it’s like red faction in a modern military setting how does nobody see it!” And here you are you beautiful angel boy to sing for us
  • @zentran2690
Both these games had the best campaigns ever. Loved the banter and semi open worldness of the levels.
  • I remember how amazing the Vietnam DLC was, HOURS and HOURS sunk into that with the guys!! It was honestly insane how the game would be mildly slow, then all out chaos in an instant!

If I remember correctly: Each member of Bad Company done something to get them into the squad. Preston Marloe: Joyriden and crashed a multimillion dollar helicopter at the Pentagon (Damaged/destroyed an Unnamed US Military General's limo in the process) Terrence Sweetwater: Accidentally uploaded a virus to a government server George Haggard: Blew up a large ammo dump in Eastern Paris Sergeant Redford: Just joined so he can retire early.

The multiplayer for Bad Company 2 is still my all time favorite in the battlefield franchise. Beautiful maps that were balanced great for rush mode, excellent destruction that still hasn’t been topped in my opinion, and to top it all off some of the best sound design in any game I’ve ever played still to this day. Servers are still alive and well on all platforms & I revisit it often. I encourage others to as well.

I always hoped that the first Bad Company would get a PC release and its still upsetting that it hasnt, the characters were great.
  • Ill always remember the first game for the gears of war parody trailer with the overhead camera shots and the character mumbling mad world, the first game honestly always felt like a kelly heroes kinda game as an fps, the closest contender prior being "The outfit" (does anyone remember that game lol), which was closer to dirty dozen more than anything, The second game was just an amazing multiplayer game, and really divided console players at the time between that or Modern Warfare 2, you really only ever fit those two moulds.....before Reach came out....
  • @Guns7469
Graphics still incredible and don't forget, the best weapon sound effects to this day.
  • Oh man the Vietnam DLC for Bad Company 2 was amazing. I played that even more than the standard game.
  • God I loved these games. Played an unreasonable amount of both games' multiplayer.
  • @nosidezero
Still play it on PC from time to time. Holds up so damn well
  • Does anyone remember BFBC1 multiplayer demo that EA had to take off the PS store because nobody bought the game, and only played the Demo, as it had the one map Oasis 24/7... People got close to actually levelling up when you needed 99mil XP. I remember buying it after, and really missing the 24/7 Oasis map. It was so damn perfect. Loved the campaign. God those were the days!
