  • I let out a delighted noise when I realised this was going to be in the more personal format! My favourite kind of videos ❤️
  • [Mike]: "One of my favorite games was Tenchu Stealth Assassins." [Me]: "Okay where has Mike gone?" [Mike]: "I came up with a foolproof solution, which was just to use the grenades in the game." [Me]: "Nevermind, there he is."
  • @VinylSebas
“An MRI of the Locheness monster” is the best description of the Elden Beast and that is all I’ll ever see it as from now on. Thank you Andy.
  • @mattmanpro
"The Loch Ness Monster - now that's a monster that worked hard to establish their legacy. Didn't just turn up at the end of...Scotland." I am in awe of Andy's riffing abilities!
  • @philiphunn194
I like Jane's assertion that there's an "if" about whether she dies. Her lab is probably full of life-extension experiments.
  • @Tabbyclaw
Andy's impression of the Elden Beast is exactly what I needed today.
  • @Albatross0913
31:15 "you can finally discuss the ending of Kena with all the other person who played it" I love mike so much
  • I like how everything Luke loves about the Elden Beast fight is what annoys Andy. "It's got that big sword attack." "Oh yeah, it's got a sword! Did I not mention?"
  • @apdsqueaky
The side commentary from the others was one of my favorite things about this video. It was nice to hear you all supporting and justifying and teasing each other over your frustrations and just generally having a good time despite having to talk about less than pleasant gaming moments.
  • Jane: " if I die" Jane does indeed have a second stage. It's a bit unexpected as the party who defeats her gains experience, cash and Jane drops rare loot After that though she jumps to her feet, lightning strikes her and Jane's second form now looks like three gods duct taped together and her banger of a soundtrack kicks in. This is really frustrating though since there is no checkpoint and she runs around draining health from OutsideXbox staff
  • @Soundole
I really like this unscripted format - I feel like with a different crew, it could be a risky choice, but because you are all genuinely witty and get along so well, it's so nice to see you interacting with each other in these videos! I'd love to see more in this style in the future :)
  • @kenithmay79
I absolutely adore this more casual format, the banter between you all is just delightful and makes these videos feel like you're sitting in a room with friends talking about games
  • I am in absolute hysterics over Andy’s description of the Elden Beast
  • Aaah, Malak. I remember him well. The first time I fought him, I too didn't have an optimized build, so he killed me again and again and again. Eventually I figured out that you could kill the captured Jedi, which helped, but he still killed me again and again. In the end, I had to resort to something I am not proud of : I pumped my Jedi full of all the stimms I had picked up over the course of the entire game but never used, and killed Darth Malak through the power of drugs. It was not my proudest moment.
  • It seems pretty obvious that the Elden Beast fight was going to be on the back of your steed at some point in development (same thing with the mystic deer too) but for whatever reason they couldn't get it to work or not at acceptable frame rates or something and then didn't tune it for being on foot. Because if you could ride Torrent throughout that fight, the biggest issue with it - the trudge from point A to B when the beast teleports away from you to launch magic at you - disappears rather quickly.
  • @voske4000
Andy's bit about the Elden Beast "walking 20 minutes to run to it, then it teleports and you run again" gave me Rom Vacuous Spider flashbacks xD
  • I love Mike's origin story for using grenades in stealth games xD
  • @bobbie9066
"an MRI of the Loch Ness Monster" is such a fantastic way of putting it 😂
  • @khironkinney1667
"Doom Eternal is like a Bob Ross painting" greatest quote ever you just have to be calm and move around like a tornado of death painting a beautiful picture with blood 😂
  • @Ellen thanks for mentioning Kena, I never would have realized that it exists without this video. As a person that likes assembling a horde of cute forest friends and as a person that loves Darksouls I'm having a blast with that game.
