Hearing the section on D&D that you’ve tried a bunch of games and still go back to D&D is both heartwarming and mind boggling to me! Heartwarming, because you not only found something you love but also because you are willing to try other things! Mind boggling because I fell in love with TTRPGs only after trying something outside of D&D and never looked back! Such an awesome hobby

You should publish this book!

I think lots of little projects/updates can be just as exciting as one big project. It all sounds very cool. 😊 And I hope you finally start feeling better!

There's no shame in loving a particular game system. For decades I loved the current edition of dnd at the time as my main rpg system. I'm currently running a 5e game after a few years break but I'm now mostly into other dnd iterations and indie versions as well as other systems such as Free League's various games. A special mention goes to Worlds Without Number as a fantastic modern but old school spirited dnd variant. Anyways, enjoy any and all games you and your friends like! Good luck with all your creative endeavors and take care!
