Wow that seemed like a long intense workout - could certainly feel the burn in quads and glutes! Great though loved the use of the squishy ball👍😊

In the beginning this workout seemed not very enjoyable because I had the feeling that I did not have enough rest between the exercises and all the exercises with the ball just did not seem to be my cup of tea, so the first part was honestly just terrifying for me, but then the pace was slowed down a bit and there was more stretching and floor exercises, so I did it to the end and felt very accomplished afterwards. So all in all it was a really interesting yoga and pilates inspired class to try and really test my endurance. Thank you!
