I feel like a simple “ Irma I’m sorry for not being able to communicate with you efficiently” would have been better than “I’m sorry for not communicating with you because im this or that. I was in a bad place I was traumatized” I I I I . An apology is not I’m sorry you feel like that! And it’s not that we’re complaining about your friendship but it’s just a sincere apology that’s it.
