========= The Unkillable Soldier LYRICS ==========

Into the fire through trenches and mud
Son of Belgium and Ireland with war in his blood
Leading the charge into hostile barrage
By design, he was made for the frontline

Studied law, with a thirst for war
Fought in Africa, wanted more
Back in Europe then straight to France
He’s joining the allied advance

Through the Somme and the Devil’s Wood
All the battles that he withstood
Born a soldier enjoyed the war
He always kept coming for more

Never die, shot through the eye
Never surrender however they try
How they try, shot through the eye
He’ll never die

At the edge of madness, in a time of sadness
An immortal soldier, finds his home
Proven under fire, over trench and wire
No fear of death he’s unshakeable

In the battles, when he was shot
Kept on fighting, and never stopped
In Arras, Cambrai, Passchendaele
Ignoring his wounds he prevailed

Save the day, he’ll never stray
Facing the foes that are coming his way
Come his way, he’ll never stray
Saving the day

At the edge of madness, in a time of sadness
An immortal soldier, finds his home
Proven under fire, over trench and wire
Forged for the war he’s unbreakable
At the edge of madness, he will show no sadness
Never broken, he’ll be back for more
Proven under fire, over trench and wire
No fear of death he’s unshakeable

Edge of madness!

No fear of death, he is forged for the war,
he will always be coming for more

"I swear I killed that guy 8 times already!" - some panicked German, probably
  • @dissect123
Lots of soldiers unfortunately suffer from PTSD after they witnessed war. War however suffered from PTSD after witnessing Adrian Carton de Wiart.
  • Europe: starts one of the most infamous wars in modern history Adrian Carton De Wiart: WOOOOOH! Yeah, baby! That's what I've been waiting for, that's what it's all about!
  • I'm thinking that, when he died, he just logged off and never touched the game again. To this day, us NPCs are still waiting for him to log back in.
  • @NerdX151
Death in 1963: "Do you know why I am here?" Adrian: "Cause I let you"
  • I would like to submit this man as evidence that animals can reincarnate as humans. A man with the soul of a honey badger.

This guy was held as a prisoner of war in Italy in 1941. He spent 7 months digging a tunnel, escaped captivity, and evaded the search for 8 days by disguising as an Italian citizen. He was one-handed, one-eyed, had bruises and scars and didn't speak Italian. And he was 61. I'm speechless at such badassery.
  • The real life Black Knight from Monty Python "Tis but a scratch." "A scratch? Your arm's blown off!"
  • @ISAF_Ace
“Frankly, I enjoyed the war” - Sir Adrian Carton De Wiart Frankly, I enjoyed the song
  • @Breakdown5297
"Lieutenant-General Sir Adrian Paul Ghislain Carton de Wiart, VC, KBE, CB, CMG, DSO ( 5 May 1880 – 5 June 1963) was a British Army officer born of Belgian and Irish parents. He was awarded the Victoria Cross, the highest military decoration awarded for valour "in the face of the enemy" in various Commonwealth countries. He served in the Boer War, First World War, and Second World War. He was shot in the face, head, stomach, ankle, leg, hip, and ear; was blinded in his left eye; survived two plane crashes; tunnelled out of a prisoner-of-war camp; and tore off his own fingers when a doctor declined to amputate them. Describing his experiences in the First World War, he wrote, "Frankly I had enjoyed the war."" Jesus christ.
  • I honestly don’t know how Hollywood keeps coming out with trash when history is littered with incredible people like this…
  • This lad fought in FOUR wars! Second Boer war, WW1, Polish/Soviet war, WW2 and died at the age of 83. What a legend
  • @stalinsoulz7872
The bloke is the equivalent of an plot armor protagonist on a novel. He always comes back more relentless and even better
  • @dr_pacman1031
He will never truly be dead, when the skeleton war starts he will be one of the first.
  • This man is pretty much the saying "I ain't heard no bell" taken to the end degree
  • @Peter_Turbo4
The walking embodiment of the phrase: “Is that all you got?” Bloody madlad
  • "Those who try to escape death, shall meet death. Those who seek death, will become immortal." -the guy in the song probably
