Look at this video and you can easily see why Sarasota is a beloved city of both locals and vacationers worldwide. This Aerial of Sarasota (including Siesta Key, Lido Key, St Armands Circle, and Longboat Key) shot by Celebrations of Tampa Bay. Sarasota really has something for everyone, whether its the shopping and dining on St Armands Key 1:34, the golfing on Longboat Key 2:53, or the vacation get aways on Lido Key 1:59, and Siesta Key 4:32. The roads lined with Palm trees which we show with some creatively placed goPros. We had to show this beautiful city from both the air and ground. One of the first things you'll notice, entering the Bayfront Waterfront Park area in downtown is the "Unconditional Surrender Statue" 1:10, celebrating victory in Europe in WWII of a Sailor kissing a nurse in Times Square. We ended this video with this memorial to a great moment in our country's history. Marina Jack is the Harbor which has a very popular waterfront dining room, as well as cruises www.marinajacks.com/. Also in Bayfront Park is the Childrens fountain.

The nice thing about Sarasota Beaches is the tend to be not as crowded as the beaches in St Petersburg / Clearwater Area. The sand is alittle cleaner, the ocean alittle clearer.

We also had to feature Sieasta Key. In 2017 Siesta Key was voted #1 Beach in the country by Trip Advisor. Siesta Key really has a small town feel with its Siesta Key Village. There are plenty of condo rentals for lodging near its 2 different beaches on the key.

We shot this in one full day of shooting in January of 2018. It took a full day to really capture the beauty of the Sarasota Area. We have become very familiar with Sarasota having shot many weddings here, so we knew exactly where to shoot. Our most popular aerial video was a video of Sarasota we shot 3 years ago in 2014. The skyline of Sarasota has changed in that time with the growth of this beautiful city on the Gulf Coast just south of Tampa. We shot this all in one day. We carefully chosed a day where it would be very sunny to show the beautiful variety of colors in the water.

    First time ever in Sarasota me and my wife had a great time. We left home it was cold and snowing out!!! Landed at the airport and couldn't believe how beautiful the weather was. I can't wait to go back!!!!

    I grew up in Lakeland My grand parents had a place on Long Boat Key. Growing up I spent my beach lounging days on Long Boat, Coquina beach and Siesta Key point of rocks. Boating and fishing in this area are AMAZING! Thanks TampaAerialMedia for posting these videos you really know how to make a person homesick.

    Bought a vacation home in Sarasota 14 years ago but sold it last year. The last few years, traffic jam, concrete everywhere, massive malls emerging. I saw this gorgeous town changed from a pretty quiet and peaceful seaside town to an extremely busy, crowded (car and people) place. Also, the surrounding area has traded his beauty and tropical vegetation for concrete, massive malls, and roads. I remember Siesta beach been a beautiful beach but few years ago the town thought it was a good idea to pour concrete everywhere.

    Recently moved to Orlando from NYC, I love FL, but Sarasota is absolutely a beautiful city. People complain about how expensive is, trust me, The Bronx is way more expensive than Sarasota.
