Ingredients
300 grams boneless chicken breast
1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
1 tbsp of lemon juice
1 tbsp kashmiri red chilli powder
salt to taste
oil to fry the chicken
For the gravy
3 big sized tomatoes chopped
1 medium sized onion chopped
1 tbsp kasoori methi
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
3 tbsp of sugar or 2 tbsp of honey
1 tbsp of kashmiri red chilli powder
3-4 tbsp of cream
salt to taste
1 tbsp +half tbsp of white vinegar or 2 tsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp of green elachi powder
1 tsp garam masala
1/3 cup cashew nuts (kaju)
3-4 tbsp of butter
Garnish it with 2-3 tsp of cream ,2 cubes of butter and kasoori methi
