Well I've been a Chiefs fan my whole life, I was born into a Chiefs family. My family, my parents, had connections with Lamar Hunt, and back in those days the NFL was a little bit different. Players actually had to have jobs in the off-season, late 60s early 70s. And because of that a lot of them drove delivery trucks and is a child I got to meet a lot of those greats. But I've been hardcore following them since the year we drafted Todd Blackledge, and unfortunately it was heartbreak year after year. I thought we finally did it when we got Joe Montana and Marcus Allen and went to the AFC Championship game. Unfortunately that would the closest we would get for decades. Imagine my surprise in 2017 when Kansas City drafted a quarterback, and one that I actually liked . It's literally been nothing but greatness since then, and I have to remind myself how special this is and not to get used to it. I tease my daughter who's 27, that she's so lucky she didn't have to wait nearly a lifetime😂❤❤❤❤

My love for the chiefs started when the goat Joe Montana got traded out to KC. Suffered for many, many years then my guy Alex Smith got signed and the turn around has been amazing and so very well deserved.
