I wish they'd reopen.. this place was my childhood, I don't want to see it die like everything else
  • We have been to that show several times. It was a favorite in the Dells, miss it and hope somebody can bring it back to life!

Wow. so cool to see it like this. I sat in those seats MANY TIMES in the 1970's Great memories!!!
  • That is a shame, one of my favorite places to go in the dells, went every time we were there, it was like a staple in your home.

Glad to see it hasn’t been bulldozed yet. Maybe there’s still hope of it returning? I’d much rather see some type of show there again instead of that beautiful spot turned into an ugly hotel or condos.

Visited as a young child in the 1950s. The only constant is change. Surprised it lasted as long as it did.
  • I remember that show the last time I saw was in the 90’s and I hadn’t returned there until 2019 when I took my daughter for the first time. I was shocked to see how so much had changed, family land water park was gone and replaced with my Olympus , river view park and water world is now a zoo and the wax world of stars museum was gone. Still a nice place to vacation though but I personally was not a fan of the tommy Bartlett show but I’m sure many are upset it’s gone.
  • Thank you Governor Evers for destroying so much of the Dells and business in Wisconsin... And what help did he give while he forced them to shut down? NONE. I hope someone buys it and starts it back up again. So much of the Dells' history is being lost to corporate tourist traps. Fort Dells Storybrooke Gardens Dinosaur land, and too many others gone and paved over with chain restaurants and t-shirt shops
