Whoever arranged this did an amazing job! They added so much more depth and changed enough so the verse chorus verse pattern didn't get too boring or noticeable

I'm not the biggest Taylor Swift fan, but I do respect her and her craft/perseverance. When this song came out, she was the laughing stock and the poster child for "ew you listen to taylor swift? You're a teenage girl". That was the attitude towards her back then - and look at the performers now. Mostly grown men playing her music solemnly and with respect to her artistry. Amazing progress :)
