My weird OCD (Pure O) thoughts

  • I feel like I can relate. it started when I was in my last years of high school. maybe even before that. I had a really hard time writing my thoughts down on paper. whenever our teacher would ask us to write an essay, I would picture in my head 3 different ways I would write my sentence but then I can never find an answer, and I end up only writing maybe one sentence and I'd hand in a blank piece of paper. I felt really frustrated.

    I use to have a Koala when i was a kid for many years names "Wally". I lost the poor bugger during a move or something. Now at days i rescue stuffed animals when i see them. Especially when i am at work and they are found in the trash or something. I wash them, dry them and take them home. I dont do the therapist thing myself. I tried it a couple times after the loss of my kids years ago, and all they wanted to do was pump you up with drugs to make you feel better, feel fake. I lasted two weeks and that was it, i flushed them down the toilet and never went back. Sure my mind is pretty fricked up, but for me its better that way because it helps me fight against various urges compared to being falsely happy. I'll work on happiness or Contentness on my own and in my own way. Well here's another HUG fron the stares and stay strong young lady! You know if you have a PS 5 or whatever and play some video games (they help keep my mind occupied after long hours of stressful work) let me know.

    You should try ryze mushroom coffee. It helps with obsessive thoughts.
