That plant was mullein. Really good for lungs or any type of respiratory issues. I would chop them down before the flowers make seeds though because once the wind blows them around, mullein tends to kinda take over and is pretty invasive. That seems like a good enough sized patch to go ahead to harvest, dry and store...you'll have enough to last for years.

I must commend Maegan for all she does. Homeschooling, house work, farm chores and a new baby she really has her hands full. Does she ever have a moment to herself? I see Tim goes to the gym and run errands away from the farm, but I was just wondering if she ever got a break. I would be remiss in duties not to ask if Maegan got or wants a break?

Good morning Tim. The plant you showed in this video is" Mullein . " It has been used for generations to fight respiratory problems. Good for your health. I've used it for years. Do yourself a favor and look up all the benefits of that plant. There are videos on YouTube about it too.
