  • Glad Jon is back in times like these . whether you agree or disagree with him , he’s always able to articulate the insanity of our times and its a stress relief
  • @pufflonn
George Carlin would have ENDLESS content in todays world.
  • The whole "don't be from my team" part, I feel it with every fiber of my being As an Iranian every time something happens in the world I'm like "please don't be Iran, please don't be Iran" it's exhausting and terrifying
  • I think "The teleprompter made me say it" is going to become a meme.
  • @korniliosjs
"will surviving gunfire appeal to Donald trump's black voters" is a crazy thing to say
  • @taeyoon4430
jokes aside, this country really needs to find humanity.

"She knows she's making that noise, right?" LOL love it!

We're on the darkest possible timeline, but at least we got John Stewart back!
  • I don't recognize Marjorie Greene when she's smiling....it's actually freaking me out. This might be the first time I've seen it.
  • Jon Stewart used his platform to not only make us laugh, he also used it to give recognition to the fire fighter who lost his life shielding his family. More than twenty years since 9-11 and he's still a solid supporter of the first responders. Thank you Jon.

Social Media is terrible. Facebook canceled, instagram canceled, never been on twitter or any other social media platform and can say that it is really relaxing to hear silence from the non-factual nonsense that everyone has gotten dragged into. Youtube is next, at least regulated more. I have been less stressed. I see what has happened to this country and know where I want it to go. Bring on November!
  • This man is still the genius of this format. 20 years later he just keeps going.
  • @nicebluejay
we are being governed by bullies on the playground
  • When the teleprompter understands what you actually are thinking and goes off script for you.

As a Wisconsinite Ron Johnson told me not to vote for him. Three cycles ago he ran on a two term limit. Although I never voted for him. He ran as a none lifetime politician. I knew better.

I remember when my Grandma died. She loved Jon Stewart, I didn't. Now, she's dead. And, now I love Jon Stewart.
  • @athgowla687
After “It’s my wife, not me.” (chief justices), “It’s my kids, not me.” (ted cruz), we now have “It’s the teleprompter, not me.” From the party of personal responsibility!!!!

Is it weird that I love that the Teamster went on the RNC stage and gave a speech that was 100% pro-worker despite the crowd being against it?
  • I'll tell everyone right away, I was also begging the shooter not to be an immigrant, or black, or trans, or whatever other group the GOP already hates. But I'm not begging that out of a "teams sports" mentality, I'm begging for that because I know the consequences for those communities, the demonization they face, and how it gets even worse when they find a bad individual to blame everything on.

Thank you Jon for continuing to build up the people we need in these times and not telling us who to avoid.
