My Labrador Retriever, Major, developed chronic bloat and IBS symptoms post neuter surgery. He had full torsion at 7 months, and a pexy saved his life. My vet at the time suggested I put him to sleep because of the bloat. He was perfectly healthy in every other way, so that was not an option. I never returned to that office, instead I started researching a raw diet. I learned a lot about bloat (and raw dog food co-ops…lol) and even tho’ my boy bloated every day for the rest of his life, the degree of air in his stomach was greatly reduced…as was his IBS-like issues. I credit his raw food diet for improving his health and quality of life. Major lived 10 years beyond the expiration date given to him by the vet. ❤ PS. Raise your hand if you’ve been kicked out of raw dog food groups for feeding/asking questions about vegetables. 🤚🏼

My Lilly who has hemangiosarcoma is currently living & thriving 6mths post dx after her spleen ruptured talks to me all day long without a word ever spoken! They definitely communicate! My baby is fighting like a warrior and I am giving her everything I have researched. I just have her a natural element to help her digestive issue! Finally I stopped it& she is better from not getting upset after taking it! But I will maybe give a smaller amount or change to something else because it makes her upset! Definitely pay attention! ❤
