Found out recently at my job that I was getting paid more than the employees that have been there over 7 years! I'm an honest guy and one of the other employees is the reason I have this job it's not fair I get paid more! The person that trained me is also getting paid less than me!how's that fair? here's the video and share with anyone!

    Employees are the Heart, Soul and Backbone of any company. The Boss is only the Itty bitty Roof. The Roof can't stand without strong support....aka...Employees!!!

    Unfortunately it’s so widespread. Nasty, disrespectful, dishonest, crooked bosses and managers. The surprising truth is that they actually don’t care if you quit, and they prefer that you do quit so that they can hire new staff that is clueless and gets paid minimum wage because they are new. The longer the staff is ‘loyal’ the more expensive it gets to keep paying them. It’s all about the money and not loyalty

    Whew, what a bad scene. I try keep emotions bottled up at work, though I really want to tell the boss she’s a worthless bully who contributes nothing.

    The boss knows he can get replacements the next day to do the same job………otherwise the boss would be negotiating a raise

    I’ve had bosses like this, walked out without saying a word is a good feeling. Just make sure to not need them as a reference. That’s why the Covid loophole is a beautiful thing. Also, what is the company you use to work for? I’d love to give them a Google review.

    That is why the living wage is very important. As we all can see these hard-working employees are making $5 an hour while the raging owner does not want to pay them anymore than $5 an hour. This is absolutely horrific. I'm hoping these men were able to find better paying jobs.
