Unfortunately it’s so widespread. Nasty, disrespectful, dishonest, crooked bosses and managers. The surprising truth is that they actually don’t care if you quit, and they prefer that you do quit so that they can hire new staff that is clueless and gets paid minimum wage because they are new. The longer the staff is ‘loyal’ the more expensive it gets to keep paying them. It’s all about the money and not loyalty

I’ve had bosses like this, walked out without saying a word is a good feeling. Just make sure to not need them as a reference. That’s why the Covid loophole is a beautiful thing. Also, what is the company you use to work for? I’d love to give them a Google review.

That is why the living wage is very important. As we all can see these hard-working employees are making $5 an hour while the raging owner does not want to pay them anymore than $5 an hour. This is absolutely horrific. I'm hoping these men were able to find better paying jobs.
