This hero is more complex than my studies
  • @pylotheric9777
Not gonna lie guys, the only thing making corvis complicated is lack of pictures.... With geraldo you already know what everything does with a glance so it feels seamless using him. Corvis however thinks we're gonna spend more than 2 minutes studying his abilities or something.

A lot o people has a lot of ideas that would make using him less tiring, but I think that having a visual indicator for mana without having to constantly click on the hero would be great, for using his abilities and maintaining constant spells for example.

This is very handy, thank you! I was a little disappointed by how much the in-game tutorial skimmed, so its nice to have a more in-depth look :)
  • @Dni..
He's actually much easier to learn than i expected. The hard part here is that the pictures aren't nearly as intuitive as geraldo
  • @andresraffler
as someone who is too lazy to experiment with him, thank you for making this video
  • @ELITEzinho
Attention everyone, after doing several tests in sandbox, "aggression" spell seems to reduce damage rather than doing more dmg, even in combination of other spells. You guys can test if you want, i ll stay away from that spell until it gets fixed. If its a bug.

You're a beast for making such a thorough guide already đź‘Źđź‘Ź

malevolance is crazy good actually because it allows corvus to be alch buffed and overclocked since he is the one attacking not the spirit. While active you can also cast spear + storm which are also buffed unlike the spirit ones to get crazy cleanup
  • @der_bauer3438
What i saw with overload is that if you use recovery right after it and instantly cancel recovery the spirit is instantly back and you are able to use all other spells again if you restock mana with 1 of his abilities.
  • @DragonicFG
Thanks for this :) it's kind of like Geraldo when i started playing, lots of things going on at once but it is nice to see somebody help to break it down for me

A combo I like is Frostbound + Repel, as it pushes back all MOABs and cerams to the entrance, and leaves them with permafrost. Also, storm is good midgame for MOAB damage.

I hope they add some quincy or sauda type heroes. The ones that dont have anything weird going on and just do their own thing. I know geraldo and corvus are powerful but they take so much time and effort to use that I dont feel like im playing a tower defense game with them. Geraldo gets thirty new buttons and timers each round, and corvus seems similar. I'll still try him out if I get the chance

I thought the title said “exactly how corona works in btd6” and I was like “wow didn’t know they added they feature”
  • @FonVegen
I actually found that Malevolvence and Spear work weirdly well together, although the mana upkeep gets a bit high. Maybe I'm wrong about this, I'll experiment more with the combo.
  • @epicow_1973
Malevolence. May seem weak at first, but if you give it a 4-2-0 alchemist buff it can deal with super ceramics on the 90's. Not just that, but since you can use it with energy blade and spear, it can deal really phenomenal damage. Not just that, but since malevolence technically attacks slow, it has nearly 100% alchemist uptime. I think you severely underestimated, and underused it.

Corvus is a really fun hero, I may not know how to use him the best and other towers out-DPS him but he's just a lot of fun. Also, are you sick because your voice sounds pretty hoarse?
  • @gdsnowmeows3342
Geraldo 2: electric boogaloo, certainly an interesting hero
