Really like your videos. This one is great as well as the Iron Cross comparison between ESP <D.

Wow! The effort gone to making this video is amazing! ❤
  • I’m a big fan of the Fishman pickups but I also enjoy a good metal riff on EMG pickups. Cool comparison video!

I was expecting a simple comparison, but got a detailed full review as well. Amazing video. I wish all reviews were like this.
  • I’ve owned the vintage matte black and gold with emgs ec1000 and had to sell it. Now looking to buy it again and it’s between that or this version with the fishmans and this is by far the best video that breaks down the guitar. Thanks for the great video, you really showed every single element of this guitar. I subscribed after seeing this. Also, i decided to go with the one with emgs again 😅

Easily the best guitar channel on youtube. I love the technical details, the playing, heck the cheesy humor also xD. Keep it up!

Love this review on the guitar im looking to buy, thanks man👍🏻
  • @Tarpull
    Been loving using fishman honestly
  • Anyone else feel these FF pickups are just on hype? 10 years ago everyone started hyping Bareknuckle pickups and manufactures started installing them on their better guitars. Now it seems to be Fishman's turn.

this was a great review. i really like these and never knew how nice the ltd is. i would have just gotten an epiphone of some sort

Emg 57 ftw... 😛 my favorite, great compromise pickup to get active power but still have at least some nice tight sharp qualities of a passive
  • You're natural buddy, subscribed. Please do a review of RGIXL7 iron label 7 string ibanez

you have screw inserts for the battery compartment since you are going to access it often to replace the battery. The inserts help in stopping the wood threads from getting stripped
  • So I own both fishman moderns and EMG 81,60. I installed them in the same guitar and the EMGs are definitely my favorite. A lot more low end, fuller sound. The fishmans are far to mid heavy even with the push pull pot mid cut. I prefer the EMGs

I first got a guitar with Fishmans about a year ago. I have 2 guitars with them now. But honestly, I love pretty much all pickups! Seymour Duncan makes some KILLER passive pickups! And I think the Blackout, is better then EMG 81/85. They are all different, but I cant sit here and say, one is the best, over the others. I love them all! I have a guitar with DMT passive, and they are great to! I hate the general attitude people have, THIS IS BETTER THEN THAT! No, this is different then that.

Just so no one is confused the Fluence model does not have split coil tones. Just an active voice and a 2nd passive voice. Both are still humbucking. The models that have the Fluence classics have a split coil voice.

All the LTDs I’ve had all have neck finish problems from frets to cracks in the finish, to improper filing and levelling, it’s meant to be a cheap alternative to the ESP standard, but in Australia (idk anywhere else) 2.3-2.6k is a fair price for a mid ranged guitar, I have 2 fenders and a Gibson at similar pricing and they have yet to give me any problems, the LTDs I had, I’ve had to get refretted as the frets were filed down too far and caused the e string to skip off the fret board, I’ve had wiring problems and fretboard damage with the other 2 various screwing problems with the back covers, but only recently have I gotten my hand on a ESP USA custom, and it is mind blowingly good, tiny details were clearly looked after just as well as the rest of the guitar, and the balance of the guitar is magnificent usually staying put at just the right angle to rest on my hip, honestly, if anyone is considering buying a esp and you want to go for a Ltd because of your budget, either save up or buy a Ibanez, LTDs are utterly disappointing
  • @espkstm
Great comparison! Did you need to replace the quick connect wires as well from the EMG to the Fishman?

You've got a nice looking guitar shop from my view!
