    I think Flash went extinct for the same reason that programmers don't even try to make sleek, sexy code anymore. Memory price drop. When Flash and sexy code were prime RAM was like 100 dollars per MB, and hard drives capped out at 500 mbs. Now, they just don't feel the mandate.

    In terms of Flash Games being preserved thanks to HTML5, I'd slightly disagree? At least in terms of the ones I grew up with, they were all unplayable despite the pages still being up for them. I made a whole video on my favorite games along with their evolutions, and was only able to replay them thanks to Flash Game Archives. Unless you mean those archives use HTML5 to preserve them, in which case I'm a fool and only associate HTML with websites lmao. Great video though!
