@36:39 hearing Marcus mention how he tithed 10% of his day back to God by using his time to work on his gift made me think how I plan 30-minutes in the morning and at least an 1 at night to work on my gifts & God ideas.

It's so refreshing to hear entrepreneurs naturally including Christ in their mission and conversations. Also, the scale of 0-5 I wrote out how I would identify those levels, then added who and where I'd put people relative to my department, including myself...hands down the visual gap I needed filled objectively. It's like a light came on to what I have to offer from the educational standpoint without the imposter syndrome creeping in. Thanks gentlemen!
