You can replay the secret boss as well as the mosaleums by holding L&R at the entrance and then selecting it. Its really nice that they put it in the game but also sad that not many know about it.

You can redo the secret boss by standing in front of the middle gravestone and holding down ZL & ZR for 1 second.
