I love teen movie moms. They are so oblivious. They wake up, get ready, spend 4 hours cooking breakfast that no one has time to eat, and fudge off into the ether until the plot needs them again. Amazing.

That "what's your favourite dish" moment was so much on like the Miss Congenitality scene where the contestant is asked "describe your ideal date" and the woman says something like "hmm.. I would have to say April 25th, cause its not too hot, not too cold, all you need is a light jacket ☺️"

Camp rock was the only Disney channel movie I was obsessed with. I remember jumping and dancing on my grandma’s bed while I sang my heart out to the songs. As an adult I know the movie is quite silly, but it will always be special to me!

I've never liked it when movies used the "Liar Revealed" Plot, since it involves a lot of moping about. This movie is no exception. Also, Mitchie would be extremely popular if she admitted that she was the chef's daughter.

7:11 I’m pretty sure the reason they never eat the breakfast is because what we see happen once in a movie is actually several takes in reality. If the characters eat the breakfast, then they have to eat the breakfast the exact same way in every take. I’ve seen actors talk about being permanently put off a certain food because they HAD to eat it in a scene, and then had to do dozens of takes, eating the same thing over and over again. Even one bite means they have to get a whole new omelet for the next take. Plus, movie food has sometimes been sitting out for hours and may have been made inedible (such as cereal with glue instead of milk) so that it looks good for hours of shooting.

Why does the squeaking sneakers in a silent room thing never fail to make me laugh? 😂 The hand clapping sounds really added to it.

Peggy is short for Margaret! Funny story- my grandma’s birth name was Peggy. She’d never heard of this Margaret thing. And back in the 60s, when women had babies, they usually gave them morphine or something to knock them completely out. Anyway, when she came to, and they handed my little baby dad to her, she saw the ID bracelet said this was Margaret’s baby. And she got all upset and thought someone switched the babies. Those nurses really took a liberty there. 😂
