Any Lacrosse player knows that if you want to find out what's inside a Lacrosse ball, just leave one on the field after practice and find the pieces after the guys have come and mowed the field. Easy.

I've played lacrosse for a few years, and let me just say I've thrown myself Infront of that type of ball for a national championship. 3 broken ribs from one hit. 3 concussions in total career. "Just a rubber ball"

All those people say God bless goalies, yes I feel you. It hurts a lot to get hit by a shot especially to have to block a ball by any means. However, once I switched from goalie to close D, taking shots I the mid section hurts a hell of a lot when you have tiny defense liners on instead of a goalie chest protector.

My brother found 3 of these yesterday at the end of his field trip to the Yale vs Bucknell Men's Lacrosse tournament. Thank you for answering my questions on these. P.S. My little brother is 3 years younger than me; I'm 19 Years old.

Cutting round objects: get yourself 2 small pieces of pipe that will seat the round (ball), sandwich the ball between them, add small piece of wood to the top pipe, them then clamp down. This will save your hands, fingers and lots of pain. Have fun cutting!
