House listed for sale 1-20-24 $925.900, then delisted and relisted at lower price multiple times including last week 5 days ago for over $100,000 less than original price. Houses are not selling in this price range very well. Suspicious. Sunday morning very early. Overnight tampering, etc?? What electrical work was bein done at 6:34 am on Sunday morning? Insurance job? House listed as back off market dated 8-11-24 (today). Zillow has all the dates of reductions and delists. Delists/relists are often done to give a property a multi-list 'bounce'. No buyers for 8 months, many price reductions then BLAM!!!!!!!!!

I am surprised the commenters didn't want a full explanation - YESTERDAY.

Cripes, how many times do they have to say to the press THEY DON'T KNOW ANYTHING YET. Geez...
  • So these guys used to be my neighbor and they had Chinese men that always brought boxes over. Then they would remove them sometimes. I always found it weird.

omg these cavalier guys look like deer in headlights ! . how many times do houses blow up lately? Is it D.E.I. mandated hires? Wake up people, demand answers.😢

Remember Anderson Hardware On Route 40 That Burned Down A Few Years Ago, I Never Heard Anything What Caused It, Does Anyone Know Anything About It?
  • @Done832
Fire Marshals trying to keep everything cool and calm when really this is a terrible disaster. Brought in Cadaver Dogs to see if anyone was in the home? I would have asked if the house was empty or furnished which would have told the chances of someone living there now. Probably going to be more to this in the week/weeks to come. 911 calls will be interesting as well as the neighbors account of what they heard. Prayers going out to person who passed away.

We had a very similar explosion here in Philly years ago. The explosion was felt and heard many blocks away. It was on Torresdale Ave. It started as a gas leak call as well. A peco employee died. 💔
