  • the nerve of this man, who tried to claim £39 on expenses for a breakfast, then engineers universal credit which brings misery and hardship to disabled people.
  • I remember when Ian Smith didn't care about austerity affecting the elderly and disabled.
  • Clearly the Tories absolutely could care less. Their bulging-eyed devotion to the utter destruction of this country, her people and their culture is truly something to behold!

The man responsible for pushing through one of the harshest features of Cameron's austerity, cutting benefits for those with disabilities. There is nothing like "compassionate conservatism".

Tories face wipeout on Thursday: but Iain Duncan Smith “couldn’t care less” 2.7.24 1520pm couldnt care less - probably about the summation of how they felt about him...
  • "I don't read the news, I'm not interested in what's going on nationally". Wow, this is a Member of Parliament supposed to be voting on domestic and foreign policy to keep our country safe and prosperous.
  • @AgentGreyFox
He didn't read the Brexit withdrawal agreement, signed up to it, and then complained about it! Yes he could couldn't care less... Sums up his career. A self serving Tory.
  • @Hydraargyrum
He'll get parachuted into the HoL and still be at the trough his ilk gluttonously feed on.
  • Pretty much the attitude that has characterized his entire political career...
  • @joeduffy3309
I don't read the news, of course he does, another lie, the tories are just compulsive at this stage
  • @SeeDeeSea
IDS's majority from 2019 is only 1,262, so he knows he's already doomed. Doomed I tell ya
  • @mikesmith5139
I'B'S is one of the nastiest in a Tory party that is full of really nasty characters. They must go. Vote tactically to make sure he gets his well deserved Portillo moment.
  • @In_Paradiso58
Why does this NOBODY have the look of a CONDEMNED man???
  • @l33jcm
There's a cure for IDS, at last!
  • Super majority? Again and again, it’s not a UK thing. It’s a US thing. Yes a big majority does provide a larger mandate, but Boris wasted his.
