Since I literally just found this chart a week ago, I can't be sure, but I think the sax player is probably the leader and may have toned down what could have been totally awesome screaming trumpets on this track.
Well, hehehe, sometimes sax players are like that....
What you hear in this screamer version is my bringing the lead trumpet more forward. Then, I put the trumpet high note spit-shine on it and...VOILA!
When you see me playing in this video, you are watching someone who is actually sight-reading and practicing it for the first time. As a result, yes, a few blips and out of tune notes....no studio magic this time I am afraid.
The main thing is that I had fun jamming with this tune and I hope you will along with me in this video.
That said, this is a VERY TOUGH chart to play with the scrolling notes at the bottom of the screen.
