This trello board from Mike Monday is how I keep all my musical ideas organized and moving. This is a short peak at how I make notes for a project. After I made this, I took those notes into Ableton and addressed them one-by-one.

The uncut work session is also posted. It's a great video to use for body doubling. It's about 1:20:00 minutes long, so pick a task that will take you about and hour and go to town! I'm right here with you.
