  • 8 out of every 10 suicides are men between 16 - 35...This song is so so important right now. Its okay to cry
  • I have been listening to this song almost every day from the time I was released.. ABEL, the song is a rare one. I think it has come at a right time when men are going through a lot, but can't openly come out to express themselves fully.. God bless you and your music man

3 years later still very relevant, Malawi is seeing an increase in suicide especially amongst men. Marital problems and debt are often quoted as being important determinant factors. This song is a theme song to this cause of premature death. I pray you speak out, I pray you heal, I pray you will be surrounded by burden bearers who will lift you up without shaming you.

As i listen to this song it really touches me to a point were I let go of every hurt and pain and let it heal because i am not alone.. Been rough i am to strong for my liking but i have to let it heal, the reason why is due to the fact is losing so many people i love and always telling me do you, and never give up, recently lost my boyfriend in a car crush and it melted me down broke down and the next day i had to be strong till now i always say i got this let it out... Moral is it gives me strength its alright to cry iys a healing process if u trust im the lord

  • This is definitely what the world needs right now, been talking to some of my male friends I realized how much men's emotional well-being is underrated. I think before we see a man as a ma we need to see them as human.
  • U are best I love u my guy,the song it's really cool touch I can't stop listening too it
  • Its important that men have a platform for what they go through to be heard and for healing to take place. This is truly amazing
  • Great Song. The mental state of the male adult definitely has to be addressed in our country. That's why the bars are always full, they are a lot of men hurting out there.
  • I have been listening to this song since yesterday when I heard it first!! Thanks for opening up this dialogue...sending my thoughts and prayers to all men who have not been ok lately
