As someone who lives very much further south than Andrew, I was extremely confused when he said he couldn't find tortillas at the store. I actually thought he was gonna bust into a joke like, "Just kidding I wanted an excuse to make them from scratch." Even if the world was ending I think I could find a tortilla at the closest store haha

I used this recipe just for the shredded chicken and guacamole (to accompany quesadillas). It turned out awesome. I'm part Mexican and I grew up eating spicy stuff, believe me the sauce for the chicken definitely needs those extra tomatoes! Thanks for posting a link to the recipe, in the caption!
