“You come to work in the morning, and you’re violated” Now you know how every car buyer feels.
  • @106JOHAL
The mark ups on the MSRP's is the real crime
  • @adatshhc
Those cars were in shipping containers and headed out of the country by the time this story aired.

These are not criminals these are professionals...I tip my hat to them.

That's okay, I'm sure all 5 had factory installed 5k worth of Lo-Jack, Window Etch, mandatory Anti-Theft and some other bullshit that dealers add on to MSRP. Goes to show none of that crap works. Shame that Dodge made it so easy for these guys to open and start vehicles without even having some kind of key fob signal boosters that car thiefs normally use. This should be scary to owners of new Dodges, even if you put your key fob in a faraday box far away from the vehicle, it seems a thief with this tech will have no problem starting and driving off straight out of the driveway, probably have no trouble opening the garage door too.

Can't say I feel bad for the dealership owner. He seems like the typical sleezeball car salesman
  • @reaIIyy
dude said they did it with a laptop … interesting
  • @mg7685
I am actually convinced that the interviewer planned the whole thing and the interviewee went along.
  • @jaystrock613
Their customers feel violated months later when their brand new cars stop working!
  • @sweezy7455
Lol "Return the cars." I'm afraid those cars are chopped into a million pieces by now my friend lmao.
  • @GXMAN16
Good job NBC2 News, thanks for the informative video on how the car got stolen, what tech the thieves used to start the vehicles, and how people can prevent their cars from being stolen in the same manner from their driveway or any parking lot for that matter!! Useless
  • @MiNE09871
Well done. After the initial reaction: 1st thought is how. Once that was answered those guys should be offered a job. 2nd thought: well calculated and coordinated. Alot to learn from this.
  • @BrandonSoTurnt
Dude said return my cars!!! Get the Fuck out of here….Get the insurance money and get better security
  • I wouldn't even be mad about the cars, I'd be furious at their calm demeanor.
  • @nahhh5007
Can’t feel bad for any car dealership… they literally made a practice of fucking over their customers. Plus that was a Rolex on his arm.. hope they bring them cars back for annual maintenance
  • @mannyjr1176
Lol the guys knew they weren’t gonna get caught they were so calm with everything I Bett they took the cars back for service and the dealership ain’t even notice lol
