Welcome back at Hogwarts! We've been expecting you!
Harry and Ron are playing some wizard's chess in the Great Hall. Fred and George are bewitching some snowballs outside, apparently they are hitting Quirrel's turban!

If you're new, I make Ambient Music Videos. What this means is that I make a mix of a film like Harry Potter, Ratatouille, Paddington... I add some extra audio effects (water sounds, birds chriping, rain...). I put everything together and add a (hopefully) visually pleasing background for you to look at if you want! Hopefully this (ASMR) experience makes you actually feel like you are at Hogwarts or in Paris!

  • Two things: 1) While making this video I realised there are only 2 chimneys visible. It's SNOWING?? Where are all the other chimneys for the fireplaces?? 2) I just realised after all these years that Fred and George hit Voldemort in the face!! "...the Weasley twins were punished for bewitching several snowballs so that they followed Quirrell around, bouncing off the back of his turban" Those two are some madlads! Thank you for watching this video! It wouldn't be possible without the people who bought me a coffee! So special thanks to those beautiful people! You mean the world to me!! ❤️ ko-fi.com/movingsoundcloud

I want to forget everything about Harry Potter so I can read the books for the first time again
  • Harry potter series are probably the most magical thing that ever happened in this world. I know that it is all fiction but it feels like home...

My mum read the Harry Potter books to me when the first one released in 1997. I was 4 years old when the first released, and every time another came out she would instantly buy it and she'd read them to me. Just a couple of chapters or even pages each night. When we'd finished the books she'd talk to me instead about different ideas we had for the magical world. I don't think I'd be the same person without the books, they sent me down a path of adventure that to be honest I still long for. When I look back it's amazing to think the time and wisdom my mother had for me and now I can't wait to dive into it all with my daughter once she's out of nappies and a little more human (lol).
  • this gives such bittersweet nostalgia. i wish we could live in this era again
  • I never really thought that a music could hurt like this. I'm literally crying.

This is the perfect time to watch Harry Potter series again 💖 *Remember a great professor once said: "Happiness can be found, even in the darkest of times, if one only remembers to turn on the light."*🕯

I’m an English professor who will never tire of Harry Potter. I wish I could teach at Hogwarts! These ambiance videos make grading so much more enjoyable!

Broke my heart when the final book/movie was released.. broke my heart even more to hear Dans speech on his last filming day "this has been my life" literally. We all grew up with them and then had to say goodbye. I was age 6 in 1998 when I randomly grabbed the second book off of a reading shelf amongst 100 others in class and found out about this magical world by absolute chance, then read Harry potter for hours every night for the next 12 years. Had never been a book reader until that moment. Watching these movies and hearing this music sparks a calm loving place in my heart that I forget I have sometimes. Thank you J.K, Daniel and everyone involved for giving us a magical world to escape to. Some of us have more knowledge of the books and movies than we do anything else in life. It shows how much we love the world of Harry Potter <3 Magical Beasts just isn't the same.. probably because there's not enough story to grow any attachment to any of the characters with it's focus on constant action with badly written dialog in-between.. and it keeps contradicting things from Harry Potter. It feel like I'm just watching doctor who or something.. had to skim and skip through crimes of grindelwald it was just so bad.

I was 11 when I saw the first Harry Potter movie 🎥 🍿 Now, I’m 31 and it makes me cry whenever I watch the whole Harry Potter again. Realizing that YouTube, books and 8 movies is the closest I’ve ever get from my childhood and teenage years.
  • @milevargas991
I don't know if this piece makes me focus on my homework or makes me wanna watch the whole saga again😂<3

18:14 I cannot express how quickly I was transported back to my childhood hearing that theme again. Those old HP PC games!
  • Harry Potter really does feel like home. Every time I watch the movies, or read the books, or listen to this music, its like coming back to this familiar, safe place. Also, the "Lumos Maxima" at the beginning was brilliant
  • @zeynnsly
when i hear this music, i wanna cry every time.
  • I am so in love with the whole Harry Potter series that every time I think of it I feel nostalgic like I miss my school life in Hogwarts even though it never happened! How great soundtrack!! 😍 *RIP for Narcissa
  • I’m reading the books for the first time (on book three) while listening to this. It’s such a beautiful, magical, warm and cozy experience. ❤
