  • 58 years old (59 soon) and love all of your tread workouts. Changing it up every day is key. I'm so happy I found you on YouTube. I use your workouts after weight workouts with Caroline Girvan or Fitness by kay_kay. I also used walking after babies to get back fit again. I started lifting weights after I had my first baby in 1988.....and never looked back. So thankful for living a healthy lifestyle and no health issues going into my 60s. My goal is to stay that way and no meds! Mom of 34 and 32 year old men and YaYa to 3 awesome grandbabies. Thank you for your amazing workouts. I wouldn't push as hard if you weren't cracking the wipe as we go. 🎉❤

  • HI Coach Rachel. I found your videos and they have lit a fire under me. I hope folks dont under estimate the intensity of your treadmill workouts. Those ranges are effective big time. If someone is doing a 4.5 pace. EVEN a 4.0 pace. They are doing some real work. i knocked out the 40 min walk video for my first one. 3.5 to 4.5 pace and 5.0 incline sets. Whooooooo. I couldnt get past the 3.5 pace. I cant wait to be able to do 4.0. I KNOW ill have advanced. Thanks. Dont quit. Cheers

    This was so good. I cheated. Incline walk at 6 km/h incline 12 and power walk incline 6 at 7km/h. I really felt it , I think I push more, I'm trying to burn my stomach fat. Thank you❤️

For those days that I am exhausted but I don’t want to give up with at least my three days per week with my workout, I did it after drop off my daughter at school and before to go my work. I feel that now is Friday and when I come home I will remember that my workout is done and I feel better. Please more of this one’s!!!!

    Really great workout! By putting both mph and kph on screen you are ahead of Peleton, which makes me used miles per hour despite living in Japan.
