Randy and Willy just hanging out together amidst the melee is great. More players need that chill, clearly.

That slow motion at the end is a perfect example of 2 people who don't know how to fight and are more afraid of getting hurt than actually punching someone.

In over 3,000 games as an official, I've had just one brawl occur and it erupted in a millisecond. I simply took out my pencil and notepad and started writing jersey numbers down. At the end of it, my partner and I ended up ejecting 6 players. This was a game between 2 Men's fastpitch softball teams. There was no way I was going anywhere near that melee.

Saw Gooch's postgame comments. Understandable even if I don't agree with the immediate toss. He usually keeps his cool, but Pat really got on his gears. Maybe it was the previous game's events. Siri and Uribe earned their suspensions, though. Unwritten rules at work.

nice touch with the Craig Ferguson "Ooh-La-La" - are we going to get a "Itsacomeandago" or "Tutti Fruitti" as well???

@CloseCallSports You should've included the part where Contreras opted to not use pitch-coms, (something Peralta and Contreras used the entire game) to physically sign "1" while pointing directly at Siri after the the 3-0 pitch (for all the people that think it wasn't intentional). Even the Brewers commentators pointed it out, yet somehow right after the HBP they call it a "3-0 mistake"? Lol. Also fun fact: Peralta's HBP on Siri was 3.08 feet from the center of the plate. He's not missed a fastball arm-side more than 3 feet in his entire career. That's over the span of 7 years, 614.1 IP and exactly 10,608 pitches.
  • I gotta know what frames and lenses Guccioni is using. I have been looking for clear/mostly clear lens polarized glasses forever, and those look perfect.

The ejection pace counter is the content I didn’t know I needed, but now I’m here for it! 😂

Your videos are getting better and better. Keep up the good work.

The number of announcers that have absolutely no clue what the rules, policies, and procedures are in baseball is baffling. Its literally their job to inform the audience.
  • @BIGjeff1987
Been looking forward to this breakdown since I heard Milwaukee’s announcers criticizing the ejection lol Edit: These Brewers announcers aren’t biased at all 😂
  • I SAW THE VIDEO!!! ITS IN THE VIDEO!!! WE DID IT LADS!!! WE DID IT!!! THE COUNTER IS THERE!!! Video 22 of SUCCESSFULLY Petitioning for an Ejection Pace Counter in the description of every E video! YESSSSSSS!!! In the classic phrases of baseball: “LETS FUCKING GOOOOO!!!!!!!”

The one thing I've learned watching Baseball for 40 years is today's generation of players fight like 10 year olds.
