Families left with unanswered questions after Army releases Lewiston shooting report

A new report from the U.S. Army on actions taken related to Lewiston mass shooter Robert Card's mental health issues has been released.

The father of one of the people shot and killed on October 25, 2023 says the Army Reserve is bearing some responsibility for what happened, but he says the Army’s own investigative report is filled with gaps, flaws and unanswered questions.
