This trip was made possible by Durston Gear. However, I was not paid or provided free gear, I just genuinely appreciate their amazing gear. Dan was kind enough to allow me to include their company information in the video. Check them out: durstongear.com/

Important: Great care was taken to respect this remote desert canyon environment and its sensitive sites. No animals, plants, desert crust, or ancient ruins were harmed in the making of this video. Thanks for watching!

I must say this is the most beautiful video I have seen (not to mention the canyon itself). You found perfect spots to set the camera trotted through in silence, allowing the viewer to drink it in set free his imagination. Well done and thank you. I appreciate this more than i can describe

In the ever-growing field of "I found this ancient ruin on Google Earth" and the implication no one has seen it before, your videos are so refreshing and honor the beauty and solitude of the desert. I especially like the unhurried pace and the scenes of squirrels drinking, rabbits hiding, the snake curled in the sun...all the things the other "explorers" miss while they're talking incessantly and usually without a windscreen on the mic. Your video quality is good, your eye for detail is keen and I'm subscribing and looking forward to more. I also appreciate that you don't disclose location. I think those who have to do some homework to find it and go there are much more likely to treat these places as fragile and sacred. You have a unique niche. Good work!

You probably don’t need any suggestions on anything, but if you have a. chance, pick up the book The secret Knowledge of Water by Craig Childs. The sound and sight of running water in the desert and canyon lands is a wondrous event to behold. Keep on trekking, the silence with the wind blowing through the nooks snd crannies of the canyons is an overture in itself. ❤️ from Oregon.

The natural sounds are so refreshing, no music or vocals needed when you have this to look at. Well done.

This is by far the most interesting and complete video travel adventure I have viewed on the American southwest canyon country to date. The videography content is the most interesting and complete. Thank you for taking all of us on this adventure..!! Aloha from Oahu, Hawaii

Pure hiking video🎉 We need more of this one on YouTube. Thank you ❤🎉
  • Love the (relative) silence and the beautiful pictures from this amazing scenery ❤️🙏🏼
  • I agree. some of the best photography/videography I have seen. Beautiful country too.
  • Another enjoyable video. You really get more with less. No music, no talking just nature. I watch a guy Simon Fordman his content is cars. Everyone is so grateful that they don't have to listen some guy talking. They're all gearheads ,they don't need an explanation about the content. Great job on the Video!
