1 tbsp chop ginger
1 egg
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp chicken stock base or msg
1/2 tsp white pepper powder
I/2 tsp sesame oil
I/3 cup flour
1/3 cornstarch
3 tbsp water
