true coldplay fans know that this is the best album

I moved to China in 04 as a teen. This album kept me company when I had no friends and far from family. It's so amazing and uplifting

Haven't heard this album in years. Coming back feels like the first time, an amazing experience.

This whole album sounds like a space shuttle journey -- from liftoff (Square One), to escaping orbit and entering zero Gs (What If), zooming across space (White Shadows) and looking back down on Earth (White Shadows outro), repairing critical problems and continuing with the mission (Fix You), trying to establish communications with civilization (Talk), hovering past alien planets (X & Y, Speed of Sound), stepping onto random moons and sending back communications (A Message), flying through asteroid belts (Low), fixing the ship and thinking of all those who couldn't be there (The Hardest Part) and finally turning around and heading back towards Earth (Swallowed in the Sea), almost breaking apart on final descent (Twisted Logic), and stepping from the ship and returning to a humble home (Til Kingdom Come).

Every song just touches my soul.

Coldplay at their best what an album every song a masterpiece

Man....I always maintain that Parachutes is their best album to date, but I give another listen to X&Y lately and my opinion is kind of...shaken....this is one of their greatest album..no, one of the greatest in music....Such a great album with a lot of personality. Distinctively Coldplay. I have a newfound love of this album.
