Even with mageblood, 5.2k hp, 100% spell suppression, 85% phys damage reduction, max all res including chaos, I still get 1 shot in those maps. So this videos is very accurate.

For more survivability you need 100% of reduced extra damage from critical strikes it helps me a lot.

5.8k hp 80% phys redu, all ress with chaos capped, 100% suppress 75% attack and spell block and still get 1 shots in maps like this :D

13k juiced, 8 mods t19 map, scarabs, sextants, strongboxes. With mf that map should have dropped 2 mirrors at least.
